The fat ES, and the seam that wraps the box.

A white carton on the 2G box's own die (21.25 × 11.5 × 8 in). The ES mark sits big on every wall. Its cyan neon seam runs round all four walls at one height, through every ES. The top is one giant ES that completes when the flaps close.

Option B — the walls, the top, the die

Taped: the black ES tape lies on the giant ES's centre bars and carries the seam.

Untaped: the two long flaps close into one ES.

Ends: 3G / 200 COUNT for the aisle; the top middle stays clear for the tape tail.

Option A — Simple

Production notes

Die: the 2G 200-count master carton's own ArtiosCAD die, unchanged. The upload PDF is that same page with the new art; its die lines are the template's non-printing Artios separations.
Option B inks: solids only, 100K black (overprints), 100C cyan (seam and top-left edge-lights), 100M magenta (bottom-right edge-lights). Can run as process plates or as three spot inks.
Option A ink: one solid spot, PANTONE Cool Gray 10 C, with the marks knocked out to white board.
Outside only, white board. Top: the two long flaps carry the giant ES (B). Short flaps and the bottom stay unprinted.
All art is vector with outlined type: no fonts and no images. Checked in MuPDF and in Chrome's PDF engine (PDFium) with zero content differences. Every file is listed with SHA-256 in each zip.
